The cookie categories actually used may depend on the production tools enabled on the Site.
Necessary Cookies
Necessary cookies help the Site perform functions requested by you, including navigation, security, consent preferences, account sessions, shopping carts, checkout, fraud prevention, and digital-download delivery. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent these functions from working.
Functional Cookies
Functional cookies may remember selections and support enhanced features such as saved settings, account preferences, support functions, or resource preferences.

Cheetah Themes does not sell personal data for monetary consideration. As of the “Last updated” date, Cheetah Themes does not use Site cookies to process personal data for targeted advertising based on activity over time across nonaffiliated websites or applications. Third-party services included on or connected with the Site, including PayPal or Square checkout functions, embedded content, security tools, or any analytics or support tools we enable, may set their own cookies or similar technologies. Their use of information is governed by their respective policies.
Your Cookie Choices
If the Site displays a cookie banner, preference center, or privacy choices link, you can use it to manage eligible non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies generally cannot be disabled through that tool because they support features requested by you or Site security.

Where required by applicable law and applicable to processing performed by us, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for applicable sale or targeted-advertising activity.
Virginia Privacy Rights
The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”) applies only when its statutory scope and thresholds are met. To the extent the VCDPA applies to our processing of a Virginia consumer’s personal data, you may request:
